BIOGRAPHY

Beth Swearingen  

 

Beth Swearingen's career as an entertainer has taken her to the Broadway stage, around the nation, and around the world in such shows as Cats, A Chorus Line, Jerome Robbins Broadway, and others too numerous to mention.  Beth graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in music and theatre and with a minor in dance. She has had the privilege of being a featured vocal soloist with the Colorado Symphony.  This award winning performer is now raising her family in the Vail Valley.  For the past 20 years she has brought her considerable experience to many fine venues both on the Front Range and in the Vail Valley.  She easily wears many different hats whether as choreographer, director or entertainer.

Kathy Morrow  

 

Kathy Morrow has been singing and playing the piano professionally for 35 years.  After graduating from The University of Nebraska (yes...she still watches the Cornhuskers play football!) with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre, she left her home town of Lincoln and began living a peripatetic lifestyle.  She has traveled and performed around the world, playing piano and singing in Scandinavia, Europe, Asia, and parts of the Middle East.  Kathy has had the opportunity to perform with some of the finest musicians in Hong Kong, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Zurich, Berlin, Denver, Detroit and Chicago. Kathy performs regularly in the Vail Valley, whether it's with The Fabulous Femmes, solo, or with her own band.  She also teaches piano, voice and ukulele.  Her three CD's are available on itunes.  Kathy is also a huge advocate for dog rescue.  Just ask any of the six dogs she's had!!

Charis Patterson  

 

Charis Patterson has been a performer her entire life, primarily on stage in productions such as Chicago, Into the Woods and Man of La Mancha.  She began her career performing with the American Cabaret Theater as a lead in their summer productions in the historic hotels of Glacier National Park.  She has a minor in voice from the University of Montana, and a Major in Business. By day, Charis is a Closer with Land Title Guarantee Company and she and her husband are raising two beautiful mountain girls.  Charis is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Vail Valley Theatre Company
